Job Description

Duties & responsibilities:

  • Establish overall marketing strategies and goals according to annual company development planning.
  • Set up sales goals with the sales team.
  • Organize the planning of every sales team member.
  • Evaluate the performance of sales team members, and provide feedbacks, support and instructions to the sales team.
  • Provide trainings to the sales team in terms of product information.
  • Provide information for management and decision making according to the market and economy status, as well as the business operation of competitors.
  • Analyze and capture sales opportunities and come up with feasible plans.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers in order to ensure the realization of sales goals.
  • Manage the sales team and maintain the team bond.
  • Other tasks assigned by superior directors.

Requirements:

  • University degree in sales and marking or equivalent level of academic degree
  • At least 5 years of experience in planning and execution in consumables business
  • Excellent sales skills.
  • Communication in both Chinese and English.
  • Experience in managing and instructing sales teams.
  • Knowledge in consumables business is preferred.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong problem analysis and solving capabilities.
  • Positive attitude and passion to others in work places.

Working hours: Monday to Friday: 8:00AM to 17:00PM
Saturdays: 8:00AM to 12:00PM
Holidays: Sundays/National holidays
Monthly salary: 800 to 1,200 USD

Job Description

Duties & responsibilities:

  • Promotes products to customer
  • Increase the volume of sales to meet the sales target.
  • Keep in touch with clients to ensure the achievement of sales objectives.
  • Gather feedback from customer to develop recommended solutions for business improvement
  • Monitor and report on competitive offerings in the market.
  • Initiate and propose sales and marketing strategy
  • Prepare sale report to Sale supervisor
  • Fast Solving problem between customer and company

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree of sales and marketing or another related fields.
  • 1-year experience of sales in consumer goods or sales channels business fields.
  • Has good sales skills
  • Be able to communicate in English and Chinese.
  • Consumer goods and sales channels relevant products and business experience knowledge will be first priority.
  • Excellent in writing and communication skills.
  • Enthusiasm and positive attitude in workplace.

Working hours: Monday to Friday: 8:00AM to 17:00PM
Saturdays: 8:00AM to 12:00PM
